Letter from Nick Nickelson:
I would like to thank you for ordering my book Hooyah! UDT/SEAL Stories of the 1960’s. Also thank you for sending me a copy of your Magazine, Vol.4. The stories were enlightening. Some of the men I had heard about while others I remember, including you my friend, from my years in the Teams. I graduated Class 28 in July 1962, and was then assigned to Team12. I don’t remember if you were in UDT-12 or UDUONE at the time.
George Atcheson, John Childress
III, R. E. Sallient, Leo Hammell, Bear Tracks Allen, Bill Cory are
several of the 50’s Frogs that I knew or were men that influenced my
life. Of course we all had heard of Fins Foley.

It was great to hear from Nick. I must congratulate him for providing great stories of the 60’s.
Perhaps it will provide inspiration to some other frogs to tackle the
70’s, 80’s, etc.
